In reply to Julia. Hey Julia, yes you can swap the fresh ginger for ground ginger. We have THIS handy article which you might find helpful which talks through fresh vs dried herbs. 1 tsp of fresh ginger is equivalent to 1/4 tsp ground ginger hope that helps!

In reply to Cat. Hey Cat, yes you could swap the swede for sweet potato you may find that it cooks quicker so keep an eye on it so as not to overcook. Hope that helps!
