How much do 3 onions weigh? I find the differences in onion sizes make so much difference to flavour and yet there is no definitive weight required. 3 small, 3 standard or by the gram would be very helpful.

In reply to Karen. Hi Karen, we wouldn't recommend using brown lentils as they're softer and tend to disintegrate. This would give the Hotpot more of a mushy texture. Hope this helps.
