Hi Lyn, we haven’t tested our Vegan Chilli in an Instant Pot or pressure cooker but it should work well in either. Follow steps 1 and 2, add the remaining ingredients then pressure cook. We would estimate it will take about 10 minutes cooking at pressure. Hope this helps!
