I am hoping to cook this today in my Instant Pot. I have only used my Instant Pot a few times but 40 minutes sounds like a long time. Is this on pressure cook high or low? Any advice welcome!

In reply to Dean Brett. Hey Dean, yes you could cook the Vegan Campfire Stew on the hob just ensure the pan is covered with a lid and set it on a low heat stirring occasionally until the vegetables are cooked through, hope that helps!
