I made this in my Ninja 11 in 1 using the slow cooker function. I adjusted the fluid accordingly. I don’t eat cheese so not as described in the recipe but non the less still very tasty and filling.

I prepared all the ingredients the night before in my slow cooker excluding the rice, stored overnight in the fridge. Cooked on high for 6 hrs and added the rice then cooked for further 1 hr and served up with salad for me and naan wraps for the carb consumers
