Used cocktail sticks as suggested and it works well (removed prior serving). Added sesame seeds instead of paprika on the top Used wholemeal wraps – delicious without adding much calories

Even though I used egg wash to seal, I noticed they still came apart so added cocktail sticks to keep together

So easy, great for lunches, snacks and picnics. Cut the feta into small chunks as it’s easier to wrap the tortilla around then. Drain your spinach well! Freeze any spare feta for later. Greek salad cheese, cheaper than feta is just as good in this.

In reply to Jacqueline. Hey Jacqueline, yes you can swap for frozen spinach. Ensure it is defrosted and as in step 3 of this recipe place into a sieve and try to squeeze out as much liquid as possible, using the back of a wooden spoon. Hope that helps!
