I can’t stand the after taste of artifical sweetener, I have been using Stevia. Does anyone know of any that don’t leave an after taste please?

I baked this cake and halved it as its not freezable and just love it, i wish to give you 5 starsfor it was so simple to.put together and to bake, just perfect and yummy. Maeve

In reply to Quigley. Hey Quigley, you are right this is quite a moist cake you should bake the Spiced Pumpkin Cake until it’s golden brown and when you insert a skewer it comes out clean. Hope that helps!

Is this cake very wet in the middle? Wasnt sure if it was cooked properly but still tasted delicious
