In reply to Rachel Croft. Hey Rachel, we use sweetener that has a like for like texture and weight as sugar so it's fine to swap for sugar in all of our recipes. Just remember to alter the calories accordingly, hope that helps!

I added extra vegetables and beans and whole shallots. This bulked the recipe up to serve 8. So we enjoyed hearty portions and have enough for another day in the freezer.

Absolutely delicious. I served it with warm bread rolls and cabbage. A gorgeous, comforting meal, which was enjoyed by everyone.
