Hi, I am making this meal for tea tonight, however I only have minced beef and no lamb stock pots, do I really need the lamb pot if I am using beef, will it be a miss with no lamb stock pot?

In reply to Karen. Hi Karen, thanks for your question! Traditionally, Shepherd's Pie uses minced lamb but as it's all but impossible to find lamb mince with less than 5% fat, we've used lean diced lamb instead.
