To cook the sausages, spray a baking tray with low calorie cooking spray and place the sausages on the tray and cook at 190ºC for 15-20 minutes. Alternatively cook in a frying pan for 8-10 minutes.

This is really easy and quick. I used the microwave method but browned the cheese under the grill, which worked well. I don’t have individual pie dishes, so used a larger one for two, with no problem.

Served with a side of spinach, but left out the cheese as I don’t like it. Added a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the mix before adding the eggs.
