Though I don’t mind as it tastes lovely! Makes a perfect sauce for pasta. I also used fresh garlic as I couldn’t find the lazy type and it worked fine. But the upshot of the runny consistency is that there is way more than 2 portions – at least for me. I had some on a handful of pasta for lunch and only needed 2 desert spoons! Very yummy
