I was doubtful that I would be full of 1 bowlful of this soup. I was wrong! It’s a recipe that requires all of the organisation done before hand as once you start cooking it’s a quick process. Love how you can use fresh or frozen vegetables

A quick recipe to cook. It’s certainly filling and healthy. I loved how colourful it was, and how it doesn’t matter if you use fresh or frozen vegetables. Certainly a great lunch after a cold wet walk
