If using the silicone mould, when you flip after 20m, do you put them back in the mould or leave them loose on a baking tray? Is there any way to imitate the ‘holes all the way through’ effect of the birdseye potato waffle?

The nutritional values are for the waffles only, so if you serve it with an egg you’ll have to add the calories.

Can I check does the nutritional value for this recipe include the egg or would you need to count additional calories for that?

I think a link is broken in this recipe. The ingredients don’t seem to change when the number of portions is changed.
