No more than 10 minutes spent preparing AND cooking. This soup is delicious.

An easy way to fill part of your 5 a day allowance. I don’t use the lime juice as I found it made the taste a little too sharp for me. This recipe made enough for 3 adults.

Hi Kelly, yes you can use ready prepared lemongrass paste refer to your jar for suggested measurements equivalent to 1 stalk of fresh lemongrass, hope that helps!

Hi Jo, If you have any leftovers let them cool and refrigerate in a container with a lid. You can keep leftovers of Lemongrass & Ginger Rice Noodle Soup in the fridge for approximately 3 days or so. To re-heat lace in a microwave proof container with loosely fitting lid and heat for 4-7 minutes until piping hot.

Hi Natalie, yes you can substitute any of those for the fresh chilli, but be careful! Dried chilli can be much more powerful than the fresh equivalent, so use it sparingly unless you like things firey!
