Hey Ruby, I will pass on your suggestion for an air-fryer book. In our Comfort Food book we tried to include as many multiple methods as we could this included the air-fryer. We do have an air-fryer conversion guide HERE which you may find helpful when converting our recipes. Hope that helps!

Hi Claire, yes the recipe as it stands is not vegan due to the honey however we have included a note in the recipe information to say it can be made vegan as long as you substitute for a honey alternative, hope that helps!
