Next time I’d probably use half a teaspoon of mustard powder as a full one was slightly too much for me. I also served it with a slice of garlic ciabatta and a few steak chips.

Hubby gives it 8/10, he said it was delicious but slightly less mustard powder next time, then it’ll be 10/10!

Hi Anita, yes, you could use fresh lasagne sheets instead of cannelloni tubes. If you roll a sheet up along it’s length, you should be able to make 2 cannelloni out of one sheet. The dish will need less time in the oven if you’e using fresh pasta, you could try 20 – 25 minutes.

I can’t get cannelloni tubes can I roll fresh lasagna instead. I’d probably get 2 out of a slice?
