Hi Mairead, thanks for letting us know. The salmon in the ingredients list should say ‘ 1 pack of Saucy Fish Co. Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing’. The lime you were wondering about is in the sachet of sauce that comes with the fish which is why it’s not in the ingredients list or method. We have updated the recipe, thankyou for pointing this out.
