Hey Joanne, we work out the nutritional information for our recipes by portion not weight this recipe serves 4 so just divide the finished recipe into 4, hope that helps!

Hi Veronica the recipe uses 250g of boil in the bag rice so you can just swap for the same weight and prepare your own rice if you prefer, hope that helps!
