Hey Emma, we used a 400g tin of chickpeas which has a drained weight of approximately 240g, hope that helps!

Is this 400g of chickpeas altogether once drained or just a 400g tin of chickpeas.Sorry just confusing myself.

Hi Jenny, a handful of fresh coriander is approximately 10g the Ras-el-Hanout spice mix would work fine in the Falafel Burgers the flavours would be slightly different to our tested recipe but still taste great, hope that helps!

Do you think 1 tbsp (equiv 2.5 tsps) would be ok? Also roughly how much in grams is 1 handful fresh coriander? Thanks.

Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, nice round balls. However they were SOOO salty. I will use about a quarter of the recommended amount next time. I only used 1tsp of chilli as I ran out and felt that was also too much.
