Hi Ana, sorry you’ve had trouble with this recipe. Try running your hands in cold water to make them cool when handling the sausages this way the mixture shouldn’t become too sticky when making into the patties. It could also be down to the brand of low fat sausages you are using that is making the mixture difficult to bind together like you said you can use an extra egg or try some breadcrumbs, this will alter the calories but have a look at our guide HERE on how to alter them for any changes you make. Hi Casey, Yes you can freeze the patties, just remember to freeze as soon as cool enough to do so. Don’t forget to add a label with what it is, and on what date you put it in the freezer!
