In reply to Laura. Hi Laura, we would advise you to use granulated sweetener which has the same weight, texture and sweetness as sugar. The recipe has been developed and tested using this and will give you the best results. Powdered sweetener may not work as well in this recipe. Hope this helps.

Hi I’ve been trying to make these but is the granulated sweetener right? I’ve weighed it out and it’s like 2 full tubs of it which seems like a lot?
