Save washing up and electric/water. Use straight to wok noodles instead of dried and throw them in your wok last minute to warm through before serving. Saves on an additional pan and its quicker and easier

This was so simple and easy. Not too much prep either and was really quick to cook. Definitely one of my favourite recipes, it is absolutely delicious. Fresh, light and packed full of flavour

Nothing beats a good takeout, but this does, i love sweet & sour sauce and this is perfect for tofu, fresh tofu, I pressed for 24 hrs, then coated in a bit of cornflour and grilled it then slathers it in the sauce.

Definitely do the chicken in the air fryer for the crisp, and I added more of the liquid ingredients as it made it much more tastier! Will definitely make again.
