A lovely dish, might even add a pinch of chilli flakes to add a bit of a punch when sauté the vegetables

In reply to Kat. Hey Kat, most supermarkets do sell quark it could just be that your local ones are currently out of stock. You could swap for cream cheese which will work just as well, hope that helps!

Where on earth can I get this Quark from?? Googled most supermarkets today and nobody stocks it??? What can I use instead and what proportions to achieve the same sort of taste as this recipe??? Otherwise it’s a pointless recipe if said ingredients do not exist?
