When I say this is a firm favourite, I mean the kids literally ask for more and ask me to cook it over and over again! We love it! I add a side of tenderstem brocolli with mine or any kind of greens!

Only just tried this for first time and it is so tasty, not sure why I haven’t tried it sooner. Another quick and easy recipe for a mid week dinner. Will definitely be making this again. I added mushrooms too.
