This recipe is faultless and absolutely delicious. I love the addition of the asparagus, it really gives a fresh, taste to the dish. I served it with Tagliatelle, but it would work with anything at all. We all loved it

This meal has become a huge family favourite- we have it as often as possible! It’s perfect for warmer weather, it’s light, fresh, and totally fabulous. I can’t recommend this highly enough. It’s a must have meal that you’ll just keep on cooking!
