Hey Michelle, like you have said you could add a teaspoon of sugar or sweetener if the tomatoes are a little acidic for your taste, hope that helps!

Hi Debbie, you can substitute the almond flour for ground almonds using an equivalent amount. Bear in mind our recipe uses defatted almond flour which is much lower in calories than ground almonds, so if you are keeping an eye on the nutritional values you will have to adjust them accordingly using this guide HERE hope that helps!
