If you prefer your food a little less tangy then drop the balsamic vinegar down to 3 tablespoons. If you don’t have much sauce just add a small drop of water. It’s so versatile you could have it with potatoes, rice or salad or a mixture like me.

The honey works really well with the balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Delicious!

I had some peppers left over so added them them. I thought the balsamic vinegar could have made the dish quite sour but with the honey it was fantastic. Now added to my favourite list.
