Could you do this without the peanut butter ? Would there be a non-nut substitution or just leave it out ?

In reply to Lesley. Hey Lesley, I would start by using 2 tbsp of peanut butter and add more depending on your taste and the consistency of the dressing but be sure to alter the calories accordingly. Hope that helps!
