Hi Paul, our Chinese-Style Chicken and Broccoli states ‘200ml chicken stock made up using 1 stock cube and 1 stock pot.’ This means you need to dissolve 1 chicken stock cube and 1 chicken stock pot in 200ml boiling water only. Hope this helps!

Does this mean you pour 450ml away ?
