In reply to Lou. Hi Lou, the Chilli Sumac Chicken Thighs aren't suitable for cooking in the slow cooker.The chicken needs to be roasted to get the sticky coating and cooking in the slow cooker will be too moist to achieve this.

Could I make these in the slow cooker? Would I have to make any changes to the recipe?
