I added chilli flakes at the end instead of in the marinade as the family don’t like spice. So delicious!

I added chunks of sweet red peppers to the chicken marinade before it went in the fridge and used these on the skewers. Added an extra veg to the meal.

Superb with shredded lettuce and onion in a wholemeal pitta. The whole family had totally clean plates tonight.

Made this last night and paired it with sweet potato wedges and salad! Lovely marinade, I did not have any fish sauce but used Lea and Perrins Worcestershire instead. Would 100% make again but next time I will reduce the cooking time slightly.
