Taste of my youth – Mam made Chicken Chasseur every once in a while and we loved it. Tastes just the same and bringing back such lovely memories.

Was such an easy recipe to follow. Great that you could add extra veggies if needed. I added extra mushrooms to mine as I love mushrooms. Served it with mash potatoes and green beans. Was wonderful.

I used a mixture of chicken breast & thighs. Easy to prepare, I love cooking. I prepped it on my Hob then later on gave it 20 minutes in the oven and as neat on time finished it off in the pressure king pro. Yet again another delicious recipe.
