Hi Sabrina, If you haven’t got panko breadcrumbs you can use fresh breadcrumbs, although this will increase the calories in the dish. Enjoy the recipe!

Hi Anne, you could use finely grated carrot instead of courgette in the meatballs. Alternatively, just leave it out, although the meatballs won’t be as moist. Hope that helps and enjoy the recipe!
