This is one of my new favourite recipes and husband loves it as well, which is a bonus. Make sure you drain off the burger after cooking and use the correct size dish, as my first attempt was too wet and it think it was because the dish was too small

A very tasty way to serve mince. I had no cumin so used Italian herbs instead & family loved it. Make sure to thicken the tomato sauce well by simmering or the cheese topping won’t firm up. I found 1 tbsp of wine vinegar is enough in the sauce.
