This was a huge hit , unfortunately I didn’t have fresh basil so substituted with dried basil sprinkled liberally across the top. The honey and balsamic glaze gave it a stickiness and great flavour, absolutely scrummy!

I cooked my Caprese Baked Chicken in my acti fry. 200C for 3 x 10 minutes. I also did not have any tomatoes or fresh Basil leaves. So used the chunks of tomato from a can of chopped tomatoes and used dried Basil. Still tasted great.

In the Caprese Baked Chicken are you able to substitute the honey for something else? A family member just can’t eat honey!
