Hey Maria, we prefer to drizzle the lemon juice over the cooked chicken thighs before serving but if you prefer you cna mix into the marinade. Hope that helps!

Hi Linda, yes you can swap the chicken thighs for chicken breasts but check the chicken is cooked through before serving. Hope that helps!
