In reply to Hilary. Hi Hilary, our Breakfast Traybake is best cooked in the oven. We haven't tested it in a microwave so don't have cooking times to give you, but feel it would probably be unappetising unless you have a combination microwave with a browning option. Hope this helps and you now have a lovely new kitchen!

Would this work in a microwave? I realise it wouldn’t brown the sausages or bacon but I don’t have a kitchen at the moment and am cooking everything in a microwave
