Is it possible to grill these or cook on a griddle pan as opposed to barbecuing them?

In reply to Rachael. Hey Rachael, I have updated this recipe each chicken steak marinade uses 2 tbsp fat free natural yoghurt and the juice of 1/2 a lemon, hope that helps!

For the chicken tikka steaks, the instructions say ‘Add the fat free yoghurt and lemon juice and mix well.’ but I can’t see yoghurt or the lemon juice in the ingredients list – how much of each do I use?
