In reply to Tash Stevens. Hey Tash, you could omit the coffee if you aren't a fan you just might find that the sponge fingers are less soft but it will still be tasty! We also have this recipe for a Banana Cream Pudding which you might like too!

Hi. This recipe looks amazing however as much as I love bananas I can’t stand coffee. Do I have to add the coffee or could I just miss it out?
