Very impressed, it’s really delicious, and not a hint of banana flavour at all! Tangy, sweet and a hint of warm spice, what’s not to love!? I also used precooked sweet chilli chicken pieces with this, it was a beautiful partnership.

In reply to Laura. Hi Laura, our Banana Ketchup recipe uses 3 bananas to make 4 portions. So just make the Banana Ketchup according to the recipe and then use the 4 portions as the base for the Banana Ketchup Curry. Hope this helps!

If 4 portions of banana ketchup, it says 3 bananas to make one portion, so there’s 12 bananas is that right?

How do you measure the 4 portions of banana ketchup? Is it by teaspoon or tablespoon, or some other way? TIA
