Hi Fiona, we haven’t tried making our Banana and Caramel Filo Rolls ahead of time but they should be fine if you make them just a couple of hours in advance. Wrap the bananas in pastry, place on the baking tray, cover and chill until you’re ready to cook them. Then brush with egg just before cooking. Hope this helps!

Hey Sheena, you could use a dairy free milk alternative to seal the pastry and brush before going into the oven. Hope that helps!
