A Weight Watchers wrap is a low-calorie soft tortilla wrap made by the brand Weight Watchers. You can use any brand of low-calorie soft tortilla wrap that you have available in Australia. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

Hey Diane, it could be that your wraps are a little smaller than what we have used so rather than overfill them you could make a few extra. Brush the edges well with the beaten egg and press down hard with the fork to get a really good seal, you could do the crimped edge twice just to be sure. Hope that helps!

How on earth do you fit all the apple in?
Also how do you get the edges to crimp and stick together ? 🤔🫤

Thanks for helping out Marilyn. Yes, the apples can be cooked on the hob if you prefer. Put the apples in a small saucepan with the cinnamon, sweetener and a tablespoon of water, cover with a lid and cook gently over a low heat until the apple starts to soften but still has a little ‘bite’. This will take longer than in the microwave, I would estimate around 10 minutes but just check the apples occasionally so they don’t overcook.

The apples can also be cooked in a pan on the hob. I think they are done in the microwave for speed although apples don’t take long on the hob either.
